The Essential Aesthetics Membership Program is for registered patients of Essential Aesthetics and may not be shared with other individuals. An annual Membership Fee of $175 provides a set discount on future services at Essential Aesthetics, to include Botox Cosmetic treatments, Facial Filler treatments, and professional skin care products purchases. Membership discounts may be combined with EA referral credits and Allē Points. Membership discounts may not be combined with internal Essential Aesthetic promotions. Discounts are applied at checkout and must be rendered within your annual membership time frame. Memberships may not be terminated prior to one year, as paid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A Member shall be entitled to all of the member benefits available for the ensuing twelve-month period under the annual plan, commencing on the date of payment of the Member’s enrollment fee. Essential Aesthetics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to any Member, or to cancel this Agreement or Service.
