We understand that life can throw the unexpected at us at any time. We do our very best to get all of our patients in for their appointments — especially this fall and winter during the holiday season.

As a courtesy to our patients, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We will begin charging a $50 fee for no-shows or if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. This in no way is meant to be punitive! It is simply no-shows and late cancellations are very disruptive to our day and prevents another patient from booking.
